Information we collect
The details you enter in an inquiry form — your name, phone, email, the student's age, ZIP code, the service requested, and your message — plus basic technical attribution (referrer, UTM parameters, and device type) captured automatically when you use the site.
How we use it
To deliver your inquiry to the school you contacted, to send you a confirmation, to respond to your requests, and to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not use your inquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Who we share it with
Your inquiry is shared with the single school whose page you submitted it from, and with the service providers that help us run the site — for example our email delivery and payment processing partners — under agreements that limit them to that purpose. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your inquiry with competing schools.
SMS consent
We text you only if you checked the separate SMS consent box on the form. We store the version of the consent language you agreed to, the timestamp, and the IP address. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as long as needed to operate the service — by default up to 24 months — and then delete or de-identify it. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@cincinnatidrivingschools.com.
Your choices and contact
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing hello@cincinnatidrivingschools.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a state with additional privacy rights, we honor the rights that apply to you.
