I’m keeping this as objective as possible. Not even going to get into the experience of the instructor driving lessons, as the other reviews do it justice. But I will say the drugs and alcohol course and the other courses are good and worth it. With that being said, I’ve been told to call at 5pm because that’s the “best time to catch them.” It’s been months of constant calling and messaging. Nothing. I wanted to use the website to schedule, but somehow it doesn’t let me use it (softlock). Update: ~30-1 hour after I placed this review I get a call to schedule my last instructor driving lesson and test. I appreciate the urgency after the review, even if it’s more than 6 months (maybe a year) overdue. Unfortunately my permit does expire in 12 days (even though I got my permit as I was doing the first instructor lessons with Eyes on the Road). I called back and luckily the gentleman is trying to squeeze me into a date so that I can take the test and the 2H instructor driving lesson before my permit expires. I hope to be pleasantly surprised when he calls me back in 2 days. Squeaky wheel gets the grease I suppose. Hopefully once I both complete the course for my certificate and complete my test it will go smoother. I will keep editing this post to keep the rest of the process “accountable.” Update: It went super smoothly actually. I think that is because I went to the East Lyme location.

Parents or anyone that is looking to drive don’t go here, impatient and rude instructors that will scream and yell at you during on the road lessons which isn’t safe at all. They don’t answer their phone, they say your child doesn’t need any driving experience with the “driving with an instructor” but that’s a lie…. If I were you I would find another school that is worth the time and money to have someone patient and understanding you or your child’s nervousness with driving… very unprofessional
Absolutely do not go here! A waste of time and money. Both instructors are incredibly rude, and aggressive. Nobody should be berated while trying to learn a new skill. Susan is spastic, easily distracted and straight up nasty. Louis is constantly texting, not very friendly and will yell at you for the smallest mistake which can rattle your confidence, and could potentially cause a major accident. I would rather never get my license than work with this company ever again.
The school itself was decent for the drug and alcohol class, however, two weeks later, and we still have not received the certificate nor has the DMV. Multiple messages left by my husband and I both and no one is getting back to us. Very frustrated!!
