I took my driving test here and had a very disappointing experience. The examiner I was assigned to was rude, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the test. He yelled at me, asked “what are you doing?” in a harsh tone, and gave unclear directions that made me more nervous than I already was. It felt less like a test and more like being scolded for trying to learn and see what it was I needed to work on. It didn’t help that he didn’t even say hello, or was even polite. Just straight up attitude and scolding me. I understand the test is meant to be challenging and taken seriously, but respect and clear communication should be part of the process. I left feeling discouraged instead of motivated to improve. I hope this location provides better training for its examiners on professionalism and communication. No one should walk away feeling humiliated after trying their best. I recommend taking your test in Wethersfield who were much more patient and friendly.
