I wanted to take a moment to recognize Austin with AAA in Old Saybrook, CT, for the exceptional service he provided to my 80-year-old mother, Betty M., on July 8, 2026. Austin came out to replace her Honda CR-V battery, but he did much more than complete a service call. He treated my mother with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. She could not stop talking about how professional he was, and she even described him as inspirational, a word she does not use lightly. As a son living in North Carolina, it's reassuring to know there are people like Austin who go above and beyond to care for customers, especially seniors. His professionalism and compassion made a lasting impression on my mother and gave me tremendous peace of mind. Thank you, Austin, for taking such great care of Betty.
