Nancy is the sweetest and so helpful and kind She helped us renew my mother’s license. It took two separate times to come in and she was so patient and educational. she even helped add her to our membership. My mother said she is so beautiful and kind. Was a longtime customer of Nationwide and during the refinance of our home we learned that we were overpaying by A LOT for our home owners insurance. Our broker referred us to Cindy at AAA and we couldn’t be more thankful! Cindy helped us not only save money but our coverage is also better. She was friendly, very responsive and answered all of our questions. Very happy we made the switch and wish we had done it sooner!
Bad experience dealing with AAA West Hartford in taking my passport photos. The photos they took did not comply with the regulations and was told by the Department of State that I had to retake them. I went back to AAA and they wanted to charge me again. Horrible experience. The people were very rude as well. Ended up successfully retaking my photos at a post office. I don't recommend AAA, and definitely don't recommend this location.
Zero Stars. I had to leave one to leave a comment. I will never return to this location again. Woman at customer service counter so rude. And condescending. Greatly disappointed. Went to Avon AAA that was laughable. People next to me said they refused to go to West Hartford because it is so bad he drove to Avon instead. Step up your game AAA...
AAA double charged me for a service and has failed to correct their own billing mistake. I provided documentation proving the duplicate charge, yet more than two months later, they are still refusing to refund me. The customer service process has been exhausting, dismissive, and ineffective. I should not have to fight this hard to get my money back when the error is clearly on their end. This experience has completely undermined my trust in AAA. If you value accurate billing and responsive customer service, be cautious.
