Whoever is the old woman in charge of answering phone calls needs to learn the basics of Customer Service. I was instructed to go elsewhere after inquiring about a very reasonable question. She could of just said "sorry, we don't" but instead chose to belittle me. No way to run a business when you tell a potential customer to go elsewhere.
Howe, please send my certificate to ct DMV I have completed all driving lectures . Once you submit my certificate I can then sign for my driving test . Thanks Andrew bator
I’d like parents to know that the instructors at this facility training your kids are racist. My daughter was with John who told my daughter as she was driving, pointed out a house where he trained 3 black siblings and they obviously didn’t have a father because they were black. He also told her women shouldn’t vote. Then on another occasion told her friend that scholarships should not go to black people. Someone named Ed said the N word multiple times to her other friend when describing black people. None of these conversations were prompted. These are the so called adults in our community teaching your kids how to drive with a side of racism. Had I known what was going on, I NEVER would of sent my child here!
The instructor was rather rude when not even being prompted. It is apparent that she thinks she can speak to younger students a certain way. This is not an elementary school class, people deserve to be treated with respect. We didn't give this lady our money for her to be condescending and rude, we paid for a service.
