DO NOT enroll your child in this driving school. I witnessed the instructor, Mark Cyphers, driving with a minor student today when another vehicle failed to yield properly at a stop sign. Instead of remaining calm, Mark began aggressively honking his horn, flipped off the other driver, and yelled out the window while ranting about how he was "teaching a student how to drive" and that he had it "all on camera." As a concerned citizen, I was shocked to see this kind of road rage displayed in front of a young student. I strongly recommend avoiding Mark Cyphers as a driving instructor if you want your child to learn safe, responsible driving habits rather than aggressive behavior behind the wheel.

Mark was able to keep my kids engaged in a fun manner during the classes, while still taking a serious, no-nonsense approach when it came to learning the material. The classes were easy to schedule and the fact that they could be taken in any order was extremely helpful. He made scheduling the actual driving lessons easy and there was a lot of flexibility to make it work with the mu kids' busy schedules. Although the emphasis was on communication with the students, he also kept the parents in the loop when necessary. I would highly recommend this program!

Mark is a very kind and decent person who helped me by looking way back into his records of when I attended this school in 2013, and reuploaded my certificate to the DMV site so that I could renew my license. He was diligent about getting me the verification I needed and at no extra cost, and overall just a friendly person.

Mark, Jackie and all of the instructors did a great job teaching my daughter to drive and helping her work through her nervousness. They were good at communicating with us and very friendly and insightful. Will absolutely be using again when our younger child is of age.

Mark is an excellent instructor, and a really good guy. He emphasizes the seriousness of driving, and makes the classes entertaining at the same time. He prepared our daughter very well for her on-road driving test. We definitely recommend RDS!
