next street is a great company, i know many people who have gone through here and enjoyed it including myself. UNTIL i had a driving lesson in avon location with an instructor who was absolutely disrespectful.. She was on her PHONE during important parts of the lesson, and also treated me with disrespect whether it was random passive agression, or just profanity about the road conditions. before this lesson I was very confident in my driving, bur leaving I felt diminished and honestly scared to enter the road. my instructor was RUDE and I hope nobody ever has the unpleasure of driving with her and i hope she can take in account the kind of demeanor she presents during the lesson. get off your phone and stop acting like im a nuisance to your time, your a grown woman act like it.

STAY AWAY! Total scam. Their schedule is empty throughout the rest of the year. No driving lessons in the surrounding towns either. We are out $800 and their response was sorry, no refunds, even though they are unable to fill their part of the deal. Totally unethical business. Will be reporting to the BBB.

Katrina Strong is a phenomenal instructor. Her instructions are so clear and helpful, and she adjusts her explanations/approach if you're ever confused. She's calm and collected but also warm, and creates the best atmosphere for learning such a complicated and sometimes anxiety inducing skill like driving. Thanks Katrina and the next street team!
